The finest ingredients and a whole lot of care go into each Nature’s Journey product, so we hope that they’ll reach you in perfect condition and that your customers will enjoy using them as much as we enjoyed making them, but if somethings not right, and you’re unhappy with any item you purchased from us, then do let us know.

Please don’t return any items to us until our team have provided you with a returns authorisation number.
If you change your mind
We offer a 14-day return policy in the event that you have changed your mind. Please contact us by email quoting your order number to arrange a return. Goods must be returned in the original packaging, unopened and unused. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if any item does not meet these requirements. You must organise the return of the items at your own expense and risk but please don’t send any items back to us until you’ve received a response from our team.
Faulty or damaged goods
In the very unlikely event that you have received goods that are faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Depending on the damage, we may ask for you to send us photographs of the damage to assist us with a claim against the courier. We may also arrange for a courier to collect the damaged or faulty items for our team to assess. Please include your order number when contacting us.
Incorrect goods received
In the event that we’ve accidentally sent you an item you didn’t order, please contact us including your order number and one of the team will be able to help.
Return address
Once our team have issued you with a returns authorisation number, please arrange for goods to be returned to us at the following address. Please note that our warehouse operates Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm. We are unable to accept deliveries outside of these times.
