How do I create an account?

Once your application has been reviewed and approved by our team, we’ll send you an account invite email. Simply click the ‘activate your account’ button and set a password.

What are the benefits of having an account?

Having a wholesale account gives you the flexibility to order whenever it suits you. You can also quickly re-order items you’ve purchased previously, as well as updating your address book and payment methods.

I’ve forgotten my password, what do I do?

Head to your Membership Account log in page and select ‘Forgotten Password’, enter the email address you registered, and we’ll send you a link to reset your password.

How do I unsubscribe?

We hope you’ll find our email communications useful and informative, but if you’ve changed your mind and would rather not hear from us, just click the Unsubscribe link included at the bottom of the email. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your request to be processed.

How do I change my account details?

It’s easy to make changes to your details, whether it’s your payment information, password, or address book.

Can I use my account to purchase for personal use?

Your wholesale account is solely for business-to-business orders and as such, may not be used for personal orders. We reserve the right to withdraw your account if we have reason to believe that it is being misused. You can of course place an order on our consumer website,

What payments do you accept?

We accept Visa Debit, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout. You can also pay by bank transfer. Please contact us if you wish to pay by bank transfer.

Can I get a VAT receipt for my order?

Yes, you can download a VAT invoice from your Membership Account area.
